Cheesy Chicken and Cauliflower Rice Casserole

An easy, oven baked Chicken Cauliflower Rice Casserole with a cheesy, creamy sauce mixed through it all, This is a simple dinner recipe cooked in just one pan.



Ingredients:-

4 cups cauliflower rice

4 cups cooked and shredded chicken breasts

1 tsp paprika

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp dried oregano

1 tsp chicken bouillon

1/2 tsp chili powder (you made adjust according to your preference)

6 oz. cream cheese softened

1/2 cup heavy cream

1 cup shredded cheese

2 cloves garlic finely chopped

salt and pepper to taste

Directions:-

Preheat oven to 375F.

Spray a baking dish and set aside.

In a large mixing bowl combine cauliflower rice and shredded chicken. Add paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, chicken bouillon, dried oregano, chili powder and mix well. Add heavy cream, softened cream cheese, 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese, garlic, salt, and pepper, stirring until all ingredients have been thoroughly incorporated.

Transfer mixture to the prepared baking dish, cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.

Remove foil, add remaining shredded cheddar cheese and bake for 10 more minutes, or until top has browned. Remove from oven and let stand 10 minutes. EnJoY
