Cheese Burger Pie

A yumlecious hamburger pie recipe. Do try it out.

Ingredients:-

1 lb lean ground beef 1 large onion, chopped 1/2 teaspoon salt

1 Jalapeno chopped

1 tsp pepper

1 tsp paprika

salt to taste 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese 1/2 cup Bisquick mix 1 cup half & half milk 2 eggs

Direction:-

Heat oven to 375°F. Spray baking dish with cooking spray. In wok, cook beef and onion over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until beef is brown, drain. Add jalapeno, paprika, pepper and salt. Spread in baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese. In a bowl add 2 eggs, 1 cup milk and 1/2 cup bisquick mix and whisk until blended. Pour the batter into baking dish. Bake for 25 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Enjoy
